In this bumper episode we chat to Andrew Mark Sewel and Richard Kurti of B7 Media about the new audio drama based on the comic book Dan Dare which has been aired on BBC Radio 4. The gentlemen discuss their careers, B7 Media itself and the process of bringing Dan Dare to life via audio.

We spend the rest of the episode discussing our top comic book based movie as this year at the Lakes International Comic Art Festival they are discussing this in a panel and showing the favourite choice on the big screen. Ian and Nikki blast through their choices with as do Mike and Pete who join forces this episode to do an extra long special about their favourite movies too. This was a blast to record for all involved and we hope you enjoy it too. Listen out for Pete’s shocking guilty pleasure…

In this episode we chat to the creators of the SelfMadeHero published book Tumult, John Harris Dunning and Michael Kennedy. These two fine gentleman talk about the creative process of the book and their history within the industry and how it came to be. The book itself is a superb thriller which we reviewed in a previous episode.

Mike gives us a run down on the comics he’s recently been reading and we review Unseen by Emma Donnelly and The Times I Knew I was Gay by Eleanor Crewes. Pete takes a well deserved holiday this episode however we are interrupted by a brief news report from The Clockwork Watch….
